These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of The Good Book.AI website and related services ("Service"). The Service is owned and operated by Snow Tech & UpdateMe ("The Good Book.AI," "we," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a binding agreement between you and The Good Book.AI. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you are under 18 years old, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

1.2 Account: In order to use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify The Good Book.AI of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

Intellectual Property

2.1 Ownership: The Service and all content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software, and audio files, are the property of The Good Book.AI or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

2.2 License to Use Content: The Good Book.AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content on the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2.3 Prohibited Use: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, create derivative works from, or sell any content on the Service without the prior written consent of The Good Book.AI.

User Content

3.1 Ownership: You retain all rights in any content that you submit or post to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting or posting User Content, you grant The Good Book.AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service and The Good Book.AI's business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service.

3.2 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User Content that you submit or post to the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to submit or post the User Content and that the User Content does not infringe the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any third party.

3.3 Prohibited Content: You may not submit or post any User Content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise illegal, or that infringes the rights of any third party.
